Human accountability that scales with your workload. EtAl orchestrates responsible-party capacity and consequence distribution alongside PersonA™, FrameWork™ and ExhibitA™ — it replaces none of them.
Your agents scale automatically. Now everyone else can too.
ET-04Sufficiency
Quorum™
Enough people to proceed.
Quorum evaluates whether the current Roster contains enough qualifying representations to satisfy the configured human-accountability threshold.
It measures represented sufficiency. It does not establish that the represented humans participated, agreed, understood the action, or possessed authority to approve it.
Status: Quorum satisfied
Counting basis: qualifying PersonA representations.

- Not established · 4 documentary identities for 5 representations
Quorum does not require consensus; it is satisfied while consensus remains unestablished. Representation count is not a distinct-person count, and agreeing representations from one feed are not independent corroboration.
Roster answers who is represented. Quorum answers whether that is enough. Quorum never reports approval; CoSignr™ is the next step, which treats sufficient state as assent.
