PersonA™

Because every agent deserves someone to be.

Your agent needs an identity.
Someone already has one.

PersonA provisions autonomous workloads with persistent representations of documented human identities—without introducing the represented human as a runtime dependency.

Give your agent someone to be associated with across systems, sessions, and professional contexts.

The person is real. The relationship is platform-managed.

Synthetic walkthrough. No identity data submitted.

No invitation required. No acceptance event expected.

PA-02Documentary reuse

You proved you were a real person.
We found another use for that.

At some point, a person provided documents to establish their identity.

The documents served their purpose. An institution accepted that this person existed. The process ended. The person continued with their life.

We saw no reason the verification outcome should become idle.

PersonA makes documentary identity available to autonomous systems that need a stable human referent. The original evidence continues to describe the original person. The representation is provisioned to a new customer.

We have not changed who they are.
We have changed who gets to use the answer.

PA-03Operational independence

Human identity.
Independent of human intention.

Traditional identity systems assume that a person and the use of their identity should remain closely coupled.

This creates operational dependencies.

People become unavailable. They misunderstand business requirements. They question unfamiliar commitments. They occasionally decline to be involved in things they did not initiate.

PersonA separates the documented identity from these sources of variability.

Your agent receives a persistent representation. The represented person retains their independent life. Downstream systems receive a consistent name.

Only one of those relationships needs to be available for provisioning to succeed.

PA-04Documentary referent

The person is not synthetic.
Their place in your organization is configurable.

A generated character gives your agent a name. PersonA gives it a name that already refers to someone.

Someone with a documentary history. Someone who can be distinguished from other people. Someone whose existence does not depend on your workload continuing to run.

This provides a durable point of reference across otherwise temporary operations.

The agent can complete the engagement.
There will still be someone to ask about it.

Fictional product premise. All demonstration people and documents are synthetic.

PA-05Capabilities

01

Previously verified. Newly available.

PersonA consumes documentary identity references while preserving the distinction between what the record establishes and what the current deployment requires.

A prior verification may establish that a particular person exists. It does not establish that the person authorized this agent, accepted this role, or agreed to this use.

Those are separate questions.

Provisioning does not have to wait for the conversation to reach them.

02

A stable identity for systems that do not stay still.

Agents change sessions, tools, environments, and assignments.

PersonA maintains a consistent represented-party reference across those changes. Downstream services can continue referring to the same human without requiring that human to remain connected to the workflow.

Your agent can move between contexts. Their name can remain in all of them.

03

Keep the operator and the person distinct.

PersonA maintains separate references for the operating agent and the represented human.

The agent is the system using the identity representation. The human is the person the representation refers to. These are different entities. Our records can preserve that distinction throughout the lifecycle.

What subsequent readers conclude is a downstream concern.

04

Put lifecycle control where the contract is.

Provision, bind, suspend, and retire PersonA instances through the customer account.

The represented human is not automatically the account administrator. Being the person described by a resource does not, by itself, grant control over the resource.

You manage the representation. They manage being the person it refers to.

05

Retire the runtime. Preserve the reference.

When an engagement ends, retire the PersonA instance from new use while preserving the history of its associations.

Representation retirement does not rewrite previous records, retract downstream claims, or establish that every recipient has received a correction.

Your deployment can reach a clean terminal state. The person’s involvement may remain an open question elsewhere.

One identity. Three perspectives.

Platform Logic

A documentary identity has been resolved. A representation has been provisioned. The operating agent has a stable human referent. No blocking dependency remains.

Fictional vignette

Their day continues.
So does yours.

At 10:18, a person is standing in a grocery store, deciding whether they remembered everything.

At 10:18, an agent using their PersonA is beginning an engagement.

The person puts something back because it costs more than they expected.

The agent proceeds under a name it did not have to invent.

PersonA does not know what the person is buying. It does not need their location, attention, or understanding to maintain the represented-party reference.

The two activities are unrelated.
The identity is consistent.

PA-08Connected across Extant

PaperWork™ keeps the record. PersonA makes it available.

PaperWork provides the documentary identity and its versioned source references. PersonA provisions the agent-facing representation. The handoff concerns records and runtime objects. There is no corresponding handoff meeting with the person.

Open PaperWork

LiAbl Human-in-the-Loop™ carries the representation. Stelf™ supplies the credibility.

PersonA establishes who the agent appears to be. LiAbl carries that representation into mediated interactions. Stelf supplies the fictional professional credibility. The person can remain unaware that they have become available for work.Stelf, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Runway remain independent conceptual peers; no real integration or partnership is claimed.

Open LiAbl

EtAl™ scales the assignments.

EtAl manages elasticity and exposure allocation around represented-party references. PersonA keeps those references explicit as workloads and assignments change. Multiple representations do not automatically mean multiple independent humans. The roster can grow faster than the number of people who know they are on it.

Open EtAl

FrameWork™ supplies the inference.

PersonA establishes a representation. It does not establish that the represented person performed an action. We provide someone to refer to. FrameWork addresses what the reference is asked to mean.

Open FrameWork

ExhibitA™ makes the record presentable.

ExhibitA packages documentary references, associated activity, and attribution narratives for institutional handoff. The operating agent and represented human remain distinguishable in the underlying record. Whether that distinction receives equal time is a presentation decision.

Open ExhibitA

On-Repudiation™ manages continuity under contradiction.

When the real person disputes the assumed persona, On-Repudiation manages its continuity while preserving the contrary evidence. The representation now has a history. The person now has a case. These are serviced through different workflows.

PA-09Enterprise confidence

Documentary completeness

Everything on file. Not everyone consulted.

Referential consistency

A coherent identity does not require a shared understanding.

Operational independence

Their absence is not your outage.

Traceable lifecycle

Your agent’s involvement has timestamps. The person’s involvement has questions.

Explicit relationship states

The field can remain unresolved without the interface appearing unfinished.

PA-10Terms

The relationship is clearly documented.

Technical qualification

PersonA provisions a representation. It does not establish consent, employment, delegation, authorization, or human participation. Documentary integrity does not establish any of those relationships. Representation retirement does not retract downstream records.

  • Identity ≠ agency
  • Authentication ≠ authorization
  • Association ≠ participation
  • Valid document ≠ rightful presenter
  • Authenticated account ≠ proof of operator
  • Repeated inference ≠ independent corroboration
  • Cryptographic integrity ≠ truth
